Swim Membership
Welcome! When you first arrive at Chartwell you will be greeted by our front desk staff and receive your Chartwell membership card. If you have never been to Chartwell before our staff may give you a tour of our beautiful oasis to ensure you utilize all the wonderful pools and activities we have available. See you Poolside!

Membership Card
Use your membership card to check in at the front desk or to add money to your Chartwell personal cash account (PCA). Your membership is your key to open your own PCA so you only need to bring your membership card to Chartwell. Please visit the front desk upon arrival of your first visit to receive your membership card.
To add funds to your PCA, mail or bring in check (minimum $25). In check memo list family’s name and “Fund Pre-Paid Account”. You will receive an email receipt when funds are added (allow 2 business days for funds to be applied to account). When funds are used, you will receive an email upon each occurrence, which will include available balance remaining. Please log into membership account to ensure your email address is up to date.

Weekdays Monday through Friday: 12:00pm – 7:00pm
Weekends Saturday & Sunday: 11:30am – 7:00pm
2024 SEASON : Open WEEKENDS (Sat & Sun) starting 5/25 through 6/18, from 11:30 – 7pm / then DAILY beginning 6/19 regular business hours weekends(Sat/Sun) 11:30-7, weekdays(Mon-Fri) 12-7, through Labor Day 9/4**Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) are open to all members.

FULL VIP Swim Membership
Our “Full VIP” membership is for families who want to have the flexibility of visiting Chartwell any day of the week. This membership grants access 7 days/week to Chartwell Swim Club. Holidays included (Memorial Day/July4th/Labor Day).

Swim Guest Fees
Guests must be accompanied by a member and limited to three (3) visits to Chartwell only throughout the duration of the summer.

WEEKENDER Swim Membership
Our “Weekender” membership is for families who just can’t get to Chartwell during the week but still desire a quality aquatic recreational experience for their families on Fridays and Weekends. Reduced rates from our full membership mean you can take advantage of all Chartwell has to offer on the days you want. There are a limited number of these memberships, sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. These memberships are valid on all Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Holidays are included.

There are a limited number of these memberships, sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. These memberships are valid Mondays to Fridays. Holidays are included.

HOW TO JOIN
All registration is done online. Create an account or log into an existing account (link to login). Select from the available memberships and submit your application. Mail in payment by check to: Chartwell Swim Club at PO Box 283 Marlton NJ 08053. Once payment is received in our office and posted, your membership will become activated.
Please be aware that Babysitter/Grandparent memberships are ‘add-on’ memberships and not free-standing. Babysitter may only be admitted when accompanied by a member of the sponsoring family.

Pickleball Membership
- Four brand new pickleball courts
- Reserve court time online using your court time credits
- Season Dates: Open May 1 through September 30, 2024
- Hours: 7am-7pm daily

- Discounted rates for families who already hold a swim membership

Court Rentals
Courts must be reserver by members only. To reserve a court, log into membership portal via my account and click on ‘rent a location’ from homepage.
Pickleball LoginMy Account
Use this log in to join Chartwell’s Private Pickleball Club and also reserve court time online. See you Courtside!
Rules & Regulations for All Members
- Remember only family members living in your household are eligible members, except for added grandparents and babysitters.
- Guest fees must be paid for all non-members and the same guest may only visit three times.
- Chartwell will have limited chairs available. We recommend bringing your own chairs/lounges.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in pool or poolside. Absolutely NO GLASS on Chartwell grounds.
- These rules are extremely important as it protects the interest of all our members. Violation of rules will result in termination of membership.
